Who we are

This survey is being conducted by The Capital Markets Company Sàrl “Capco” (Elias-Canetti Strasse 2, Zurich, CH-8050, Switzerland), using the services of Survey Monkey. Purpose for processing

The purpose(s) of this survey is to get a first impression of what our cloud assessment can deliver for you, we offer this free online survey, consisting of 15 business, IT and strategy related questions. Based on your input and answers, you will get a first picture of your cloud readiness and receive further strategic and practical action points to start your individual journey to the cloud.

Capco use your email address and any other contact details you provide where you have requested to receive results of our survey to contact you about our products and services unless you have opted out.

The other data we capture, in the form of your corporate responses to our survey questions, are only used to support the purposes of the survey. All such responses are treated as confidential by the Capco Group and deleted after 6 months from completion of the survey should you not enter into a service agreement during this period. Where you do enter into a service agreement with Capco, data retention periods will be agreed therein.

With whom do we share your personal data?

The personal data Capco stores (i.e. your email address/other contact details) may be shared only with affiliates within Capco Group worldwide and only to the extent required for the purpose(s) above.

Otherwise, we only disclose your personal data when you further direct or give us permission, when we are required by applicable law or regulations or judicial or official request to do so, or when we suspect fraudulent or criminal activities.

When Capco does send or allow access to personal data aboard we make sure suitable safeguards are in place in accordance with European data protection requirements, to protect the data. To do this Capco ensures affiliates within Capco Group:

have entered into contractual duty of confidentiality;
are obliged to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data;
put in place a contract with the recipient containing mandatory terms approved by the European Commission as providing a suitable level of protection for personal data. These are commonly referred to as Standard Contractual Clauses or ‘EU Model Clauses’.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The personal data we store and process (i.e. your email address/other contact details) is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose(s) detailed above.
